The delivery process was only fair. This past Tuesday I received an email, a text, and a phone call indicating that the delivery would be made on Wednesday between 8 – 12. I arranged my schedule to be home during that time. Around 10:30 I called AM delivery and after a long hold was told that there was some kind of mistake and the table would not be delivered that day. They said probably Monday or Tuesday of next week. I asked why no one called me regarding the change/mishap? No response from the representative. The next day (Thursday) I received notification that the delivery would be Friday between 10:00 – 2:00. It arrived around 11:00. The box was slightly damaged but the table and parts were ok. Some of the parts came loose inside the box which caused it the bulge, but again they were undamaged. I assembled the table yesterday afternoon. It took me about 3 hours. Mostly because I don’t have any metric tools, so I had to make do with my standard ratchets & wrenches. I was following the video but because it’s showing the older model there are a couple of inconsistencies on part numbers/steps but I figured it out by referring to the manual. I finished with no parts left over — a good thing.

All good; the table is great! Assembly was pretty straightforward, with only a couple positioning trial and error spots. My neighbor helped at two key assembly points (lifting, then holding for 2 minutes), but I did it mostly myself without problem. Table quality is great; just had to reinforce with my boys to be gentle with the locking/opening mechanism, since we store it closed. We’ve had a lot of rainy weeks/weekends since we got it, so haven’t gotten to play as much as I’ve wanted. My boys put some good hours on it, though. (Napa CA)
